Guild War – September 21, 2008 (Issue 3)

THEBALANCE remains dominant power in Server 1!

Two weeks after defeating Zeus and bascially completely irraticating their presence from the game, THEBALANCE, led by Dropss, continues to be the dominant power in-game.  This week we see THEBALANCE was content to sit and wait while other red capes continued to challenge them for their towns.  CELES-STAR, a guild which appears to have a vast treasury hidden, continues to try and break the blue dominance in the most important server.  They attacked Armia and Azran, costing them 650 million and 150 million respectivelly, but were defeated once again by THEBALANCE’s awesome power.  Niflheim and Noatun remain unchallenged.  This brings their total cost of war the past two weeks to a grand total of 1.2 billion.  Will THEBALANCE continue to dominate Server 1? Will the pockets of CELES-STAR ever run dry? In cooperation with SHIELD, THEBALANCE also helped to seal Kephra on Server 4 this past week.

ZEUS Quietly Remains!

It has been three weeks since ZEUS was defeated by THEBALANCE.  ZEUS continues to hold one town in Server 1 with Erion, which remained unchallenged this week.  In other news, it appears that another red guild previously masquerading as a white guild has surfaced to once again lay claim as the strongest red guild in WYD.  Will ZEUS continue to play dead or will they show us the fight we all know they had when they seized and remained in control of Server 1?  Rumor has it that ZEUS is steadily losing all of it’s members to becoming white capes because they were so discouraged by the complete beating the blue guilds gave them…

GODBOY Falls in Server 2!

Three weeks after Zeus lost it’s best town in Server 1, and one week after THEBLANCE almost wiped them out, GODBOY, led by Dropss, has lost all of it’s towns.  Blue guilds are continuing to dominate the red guilds…a historic moment in history.  EXTERMINIO, led by Heron, has picked up where THEBALANCE left off and is now the dominant power in Server 2.  S.T.A.R.S., led by PatyBele, controls Erion, remaining the unchallenged member of Server 2.  EXODE, led by Lexor-, has appeared on the scene here as well bidding 55 million and 56 million respectively for Azran and Niflheimm.  They only succeeded in taking Azran.  This could be the end of the red cape guilds in WYD except there appears to be a shadow looming on the horizon of Server 4.

EXTERMINIO Remains in Power in Server 2!

EXTERMINIO, led by Heron, has shattered the control GODBOY once had on Server 2.  They now control Armia, Niflheim, and Noatun.  It took them 207 million to ensure their takeover of Armia could happen, but with the distraction that this battle caused, EXODE took one of EXTERMINIO’s other towns.  EXTERMINIO remained unchallenged in Noatun.  This appears to be a permanent wave of Blue power sweeping through the game.  It appears that the red guilds were unable to throw away their vanity and unite to control the sweep of the blue guilds.  Once again, all does not remain quiet as tension begins to build on Server 4.

SoSo-Good Remains Dominant in Server 3!

We can once again find the same dominance over the towns of Server 3 by SoSo-Good as we saw from THEBALANCE on Server 1 and by SHIELD on Server 4.  This server belongs to the blue kingdoms and SoSo-Good with only one town being owned by ViruS, lead by ManuTensaum, which is Erion.  ViruS was challenged by the upstart HEROES, led by TheFirstHero, at a price of 51 million, but were defeated.  SoSo-Good remains to be the third most dominate blue guild next to SHIELD and they own Server 3.  SoSo-Good currently is in control of Armia, Azran, Niflheim, and Noatun for the third week in a row with no challengers emerging to try and take them.  Will blue continue to be in control of Server 3 and 4, or will this shadow overthrow everyone?  Only time will tell.

Shield Remains Unstoppable in Server 4!

For the third week in a row with the Guild War commentaries, Shield, led by dumptires, remains unstoppable in Server 4.  No one even challenged them for fear of their wrath.  It is clear that SHIELD has solidified its lock on power, and the sky, which was once the limit for this guild, is now being looked down upon from above.  They can now be mentioned amongst the very same guilds they had once worshipped like ZEUS and still admire in THEBALANCE.  They have held Armia, Azran, Erion, Niflheim, and Noatun for 3 weeks in a row over the course of this commentary and have remained unchallenged for the past 2.  The question remains will SHIELD be satisfied with Server 4 or will they attempt to take contol over the entire game?  The blue capes have remained united to break the dominance of the red capes and crush them.  They now control the main towns in 3 of 4 servers and hold control over 17 towns in the combined servers.  Be careful though, a red menace named the CRUSADERS, led by DeerSlayer, has appeared on the horizon of server 4.  A white cape guild who has just recently changed their home to server 4 has now gone red and appears to want to launch a sneak attack to take control of server 4.  What could this mean?

Make sure you check back next week for the next issue of guild commentaries.
